The Case for Individual Therapy Provided by Family Court Services
Thanks to the Community Resource Department at Family Court Services, I have participated in individual therapy from November 24, 2020. until June 30, 2021. I was always cooperative, on time, and motivated to participate in my treatment. During the sessions, I showed a willingness to work on identifying alternatives to decrease my anxious mood. I was able to discuss my past experiences/ events and explore the impact this had on my level of functioning. During this time, I showed interest in complying with treatment and was able to achieve emotional stability. Thanks to the referral of FCS- CRS Section I was able to decrease the symptoms of my anxiety and depression.
