Funding Healing

When families are navigating serious conflict—whether it’s divorce, paternity disputes, domestic violence, addiction, or allegations of abuse—judges rely on Family Court Services (“FCS”) to evaluate the situation and recommend a path forward. While FCS offers some in-house support, many critical services—like therapy, psychological evaluations, co-parenting sessions, and supervised visitation—must be referred to licensed providers in the community.

For many families, those services are often financially out of reach. Without the ability to pay, parents may be placed on long waitlists, unable to comply with court orders, and their cases may stall—leaving children in limbo.

That’s where KidSide comes in.

Through our partnership with Miami-Dade Family Court Services, KidSide funds essential court-ordered services for both parents and children involved in high-conflict family cases. We don’t fund individuals or provide care directly—instead, we cover the cost of services through pre-approved providers selected and coordinated by Family Court Services.

By removing financial barriers, we help families begin to heal, reconnect, and move forward—so that children are no longer left waiting for safety, stability, or support.
