We are eternally grateful to our loyal partners for their steadfast commitment and generosity. Please know that our achievements would not have been possible without your support.  We look forward to our continued partnership. Together, we will continue to help the children and families in crisis that come before the Courts in Miami-Dade County to ensure that all children, regardless of their economic situation, receive the protection and advocacy they need. 

I am deeply grateful to our Committee Chairs and Committee Members for all their hard work and dedication. Your efforts paid off!  Our Judicial Reception and Havana Nights Nostalgia events were both huge successes.  Both events were well attended by members of our judiciary and legal community as well as our partners, donors, and friends of KidSide. Our Give Miami Day Committee broke barriers when we were awarded two prizes on Give Miami Day, a big accomplishment that will give us recognition in the Miami non-profit community. Our Marketing and Communications Committee worked tirelessly all year to improve our newsletter, website, and social media presence, and we have seen great results. We also revamped our KidSide Partner Program and were delighted to welcome eleven (11) new partners, a record number!

Also, I want to give a warm welcome to incoming Board Chair, Patricia Young, and express my appreciation for all her efforts this past year as Board Vice Chair. Patricia’s talent and commitment will continue serving KidSide and our Board very well, and I ask you to join me in wishing her the very best for her tenure in 2023.

Again, thank you for the opportunity to serve in this role. This year, we pursued opportunities to position KidSide for even greater success in the future.  It has been a sincere pleasure to be a part of it all.
